Adam Laroche is a black belt under Professor Spencer Lalonde. Fascinated on how practical and realistic BJJ can be used in real life outside of the academy. Adam began his Brazilian jiu-jitsu journey in 2008 in Barrie Ontario. Adam has been training under Spencer Lalonde since 2011. Very open minded to different styles of BJJ, Adam helps to encourage and direct students to help find what works best for them as individuals. Powered by a strong work ethic, Adam not only applies this to his own training but reminds teammates that “consistency is king”.
